Choose this option to define the translation by specifying a horizontal distance and a vertical distance.
When you specify a rectangular vector, positive distances indicate translation to the right or up, and negative distances indicate translation to the left or down.
Each distance can be a Fixed Distance (a number in your current distance unit), or a Marked Distance (a distance value you’ve specified using the Transform | Mark Distance command). If you want to use a distance value that exists in your sketch but has not already been marked, you can click that value now to mark it. When you click a distance value in the sketch, the value you click becomes the marked vertical distance and the previously marked vertical distance becomes the marked horizontal distance.
